Dholera International Airport and Expressway: Catalysts for Real Estate Growth with Shamanta Builders
P K Mishra, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, recently visited Dholera and Lothal to assess major infrastructure projects. Accompanied by PMO officials Tarun Kapoor and Mangesh Ghildiyal, he inspected the Ahmedabad–Dholera Greenfield Expressway, which is expected to cut travel time between the cities to 45 minutes.
Mishra also reviewed the progress of Dholera International Airport, set to start cargo operations by October, and Tata Electronics’ upcoming semiconductor fabrication plant that will manufacture chips for mobiles, electronics, and automobiles.
Additionally, he evaluated social infrastructure projects like schools, hospitals, and residential facilities by DICDL and chaired a high-level meeting with agencies including NHAI, AAI, and Indian Railways to ensure timely project execution.
In Lothal, Mishra inspected the National Maritime Heritage Complex (NMHC) and stressed the importance of preserving India’s maritime history while ensuring environmental sustainability through local plantation and water management initiatives.
